Please take the time to read these terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase using the online shop. By placing an order for any product, you agree to these terms and conditions. Your Status
By placing an order through the online shop you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and you are at least 18 years old. Purchases made on the online shop are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
Descriptions of Products
Descriptions and specifications of products on the online shop are not intended to be binding and are intended to give a general description of the products. Jivo may make any changes in the specification or description provided that this does not materially affect the quality or performance of the products. Jivo warrants that it has the right to supply all the products offered by it on the online shop and that the products substantially comply with their description. In all other respects, and to the maximum extent possible, Jivo makes no other warranties or promises about the products, and any implied warranties are excluded.
Pricing and Payment
The price of the products shall be the price listed on the online shop on the date of your order (except in the case of obvious errors or omissions), inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which are payable by you.
All prices on the online shop are quoted in Euro (€) and must be paid for in full, including delivery charges, prior to delivery. Prices may change at any time but changes will not affect orders in respect of which Jivo has already sent a confirmation email.
Payment must be by credit or debit card. We accept payment using Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo and Maestro. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Jivo. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Jivo, Jivo will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
How the contract is formed between you and Jivo
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from Jivo acknowledging the details of your order. Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to Jivo to buy the products listed in your order.
Jivo does not promise that products are necessarily available, and all products are offered for sale subject to availability. Once Jivo receives your order, we will check our stock for availability of the relevant items. If any product(s) are not in stock at the time of your order, you will receive an e-mail notification. All orders are subject to acceptance by Jivo. Unless you cancel your order in accordance with the Cancellation policy below, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Jivo will be perfected when Jivo dispatches the product(s) to you. Jivo will send you a print out of your order together with delivery of your products. Jivo may not accept your order if, for example, Jivo is unable to obtain authorisation for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or is withdrawn from sale or if you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out above.
Delivery
Delivery will be arranged by Jivo using a courier service. Any times for delivery on the online shop or in any correspondence to you shall be approximate and indicative only and shall not be binding upon Jivo. Standard delivery on Multimedia products unless otherwise stated is next day in Britain and Ireland.
Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Jivo hopes you will be totally satisfied with the products but if you would like to cancel your order and return the products you may do so within 14 working days after receiving them. To cancel your order, return the products, unused, to; Unit 6 Keypoint Business Pk, Rosemount Industrial Estate, Ballycoolin Rd, Dublin 11 Ireland. Please enclose a copy of your order confirmation and your reasons for returning the products. Following receipt of properly returned, undamaged products, Jivo will confirm cancellation by email and will repay to you the cost of the products within 30 days from receipt of your cancellation by crediting the original purchaser’s payment card. Jivo will not refund the postage costs of delivery or return unless the products are faulty.
Any items returned outside the 14 working day timeframe described above will only be accepted at Jivo’s discretion.
Limitation of Liability
Jivo’s liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the products as provided for above. Jivo is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit or otherwise) that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall serve to exclude or limit Jivo’s liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by Jivo’s negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law. The Irish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim arising from or related to these terms and conditions and/or use of the online shop. If any of these terms or conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Jivo may revise these terms at any time by amending this page or the relevant document. Please check this website from time to time to take notice of any changes made, as they are binding.
